Volunteers are a driving force in all the programs of the Ujima Theatre Company. Unique volunteer and intern opportunities await you. Volunteer at the production of Ujima's stageplays or help facilitate workshops and creative activities within the community. Volunteering through community theatre connects people of all ages and diverse communities for the purpose of learning and growing together.
• Volunteers work in our theatres on costumes, sets, tech, house staff, audience development, marketing and fundraising
• Volunteers organize our special events
• Volunteers work side by side with young people, help to produce our community workshops and recruit young people to perform
• Volunteers provide the nuts and bolts support to our business, public relations, and graphic design departments.
